Yes, and there isn't one. We come out, inspect the roof, take drone photos and give you a written price. If you go with someone else, that's fine. We'd rather earn the job with an honest number than pressure anyone.
Depends on age, the number of problem spots and the condition of the plywood underneath. If a roof is under 15 years old with one leak, a repair usually makes sense. If it's 20+ with curling or granule loss across the whole surface, replacing it saves you from paying for repairs twice. We'll show you the photos and tell you straight.
Most single-family homes are done in one to two days. Larger or more complex roofs, like the one pictured above, take three. We tell you the schedule up front and stick to it.
